The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Contracts Department (S1940), intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed priced contract on a sole-source basis to Savage Range Systems, Inc. of Westfield, MA, for the requirement described below. No other product is acceptable due to unique features and function of the item (see attached Justification). The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient data, or the rights to same data, for the manufacture of this requirement. Any source interested may contact the person(s) indicated to be considered for award.
