THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AN AWARD under FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The FDA intends to award a sole source purchase order to; Pacific Biosciences, 1380 Willow Rd, Menlo Park CA, 94025 for SMRT Cell Reagents. Pacific BioSciences is the sole manufacturer and seller for the PacBio®RS System and associated SMRT® Cells and Reagents creating a platform for sequencing with singular molecular resolution.
