This solicitation is being canceled. After a site visit with Industry, the Government realized that the requirements expressed in the SOW were not fully developed nor clearly defined to the extent needed for Industry to propose. The Government is reevaluating the current requirement and may re-solicit in the future. Currently the Government does not have a schedule for a possible future solicitation related to this effort.
