SMALL ARMS SIGHT MOUNT
NSN 1005-01-606-1847 - Small Arms Sight Mount being bought in accordance with Austin Precision Products (086B5) P/N LT799. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and also a commercial version is available with the same form, fit and function; therefore, the Government is will be using soliciting this item using FAR Part 13.5 commercial procedures. The required quantity is 3560 each, with an option of 3560 each to be shipped to Albany, GA 31704-5000. FOB Origin and Inspection Destination is required. First Destination applies to this procurement. This solicitation will be not be available on the Internet. This procurement is a Sole Sourced Women-Owned Set-Aside. The solicitation will be a combined synopsis and solicitation directly to the authorized dealer, Polar Net (72DM9) for a period of 15 days. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and delivery. The required delivery is 60 days. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.
