This is a solicitation for commercial training supplies prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 13.106-1(b) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The attached solicitation, FA8224-16-T-0018, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for skill based change management training curriculum for Hill AFB supervisors, managers, and senior leaders. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and System for Award Management (SAM). The NAICS code for this effort will be 511130. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87.
