SLAC seeks General Contractors that can provide the following:


The Subcontractor shall, within 4 months from the date of award, provide all labor and materials to build the B040 Heinz Laser Lab Renovation project of approx. 1700 GSF, in an existing office space. The work  shall include all management, oversight, labor, materials, tools, equipment, temporary bracing, hoists, scaffolding, etc. and other services needed to safely perform all the demolition, utility isolation, construction, laser system controls, functional testing, commissioning, turnover, and documentation using MS Project scheduling tools, Primavera Contract Management for project management (RFI's, submittals, invoicing, meeting minutes, etc.) and as described herein (including any and all work/design/coordination/documentation that may be reasonably inferred as being necessary for the completion and serviceability for the intended use of all items of work).

Requirements:

The subcontractor shall have experience in Laser Lab construction, Primavera Contract Management software, USACE 3 phases of Quality Control and DOE EH&S requirements. Subcontractor is required to show Statement of Qualifications, Proof of Experience on previous similar jobs (3 minimum laser lab projects)that are completed in the last 5 years of comparable size, scope, and schedule at the time of proposal submittal.
