This solicitation has a Contractor First Article/preproduction approval testing requirement. First Article sample size is 1 TE, each. The First Article Test Report delivery is 60 days after receipt of order and the Government review of the Test Report is 30 days. Upon notification of the FAT report acceptance, the awardee would then have 180 days to deliver the remainder of the production quantity. This is an FOB Origin/Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin requirement. The First Article offered must be manufactured at the facilities in which production quantities are procured under the contract.
