This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is HSCG45-19-Q-JAS70500 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5687, revision 9, dated 07/15/2019 is applicable and is attached.
This acquisition is issued as total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 238210
Description/Statement of Work/Specification:

ELECTRICIAN SUPPORT SERVICE FOR AIRSTATION SITKA BUILDINGS. NTE 20 HRS PER WEEK. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 09/29/2019-09/28/2020.
RESPOND WITH HOURLY RATE:
GOVERNMENT ESTIMATE UNDER $75,000.00 PER YEAR
Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personal tools, and equipment to perform services and support tasks to maintain, repair, and certify electrical systems, components, and equipment associated with Air Station facilities (11 buildings) and 60 Coast Guard owned housing units. Serviced buildings include the Hangar, Composite Building (containing the Galley, Unaccompanied Personnel Housing, and Medical Clinic), Aids to Navigation Team Building, and Fuel Farm, among others. SITKA, ALASKA IS ONLY ACCESSABLE BY AIR OR FERRY.

This service is for a base year of 29 September 2019 through 28 September 2020. The place of performance for this service is USCG Air Station Sitka, 611 Airport Road, Sitka, Alaska 99835.
FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. Please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions for the submission requirements.

Offerors are required to include a completed copy of FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its Alternate I, with their offer. Offerors may complete this online at SAM: www.sam.gov . An offeror must state in their offer if they completed FAR 52.212-3 with Alternate I online and that is it up-to-date and valid.
