SITE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Project Summary: The County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a range of SITE
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR THE LAND MOBILE RADIO SYSTEM required by the County on an asneeded
basis FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE DEPARTMENT for various sites within the County. The intent of this solicitation is to make a five (5)
year award of $6,000,000 equally allocated between up to three (3) indefinite delivery Job Order Contracts at
$2,000,000 each for the five (5) year award. Individual Job Orders shall not exceed $1,000,000.00 each. The scope
of work for each project cannot be precisely defined at this time, but the range of services may include, but are not
limited to construction of a variety of physical facilities located throughout the County under various jurisdictions
including structural engineering, site work, towers, buildings, site improvements, standby power systems,
grounding, physical security, and demolition and materials removal. Some of the sites to be developed are only
accessible by helicopter. Total site development costs are not expected to exceed $6,000,000.00 over the life of
the project.
