Professional, Administrative and Management Support for the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, BIE SIPI Food services, is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The North American Industry classification (NAICS) code is 722310 Food Services and the business size maximum is $35.5 Million. This acquisition is being solicited under Open Market for Businesses in the State of New Mexico. The resultant contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract as defined in FAR 16.202 with a base and four one-year option periods. The Base Period of Performance (POP) shall be from August 18, 2014 to August 17, 2015.
