The government intends to award to the responsible contractor that represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable for the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes.

The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov.
The solicitation will be available for download on 11 JUN 2014. Closing date will be on 17 JUN 2014, 4:00 P.M. EDT. This notice is a synopsis and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) and it is not a commitment by the U.S. Navy to procure subject equipment, all changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
