This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is SV0102-20 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541613 Marketing Consulting Services. This requirement is 100% set aside for a Small Business. Small Business size standard is $15 MILLION. Solicitation is issued as a base year (12 months) with four (1 year) options, fixed price indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract.
