SIDEWALK, DRAINAGE AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS

The project comprises all the labor, equipment, materials and all work necessary to demolish and remove existing concrete sidewalks, curbs and driveway aprons, and to install approximately 5,600 square feet concrete sidewalks, 2,600 square feet of concrete driveway aprons, 2,600 linear feet of concrete curb, removal of large stumps, reclaim 4,500 square yards of roadway surface, reconstruct and pave 4,500 square yards road surface, install 15 catch basins and 1,700 linear feet of HDPE Pipe (of various diameters) and all other miscellaneous work related to the project. There are numerous underground utilities that the Contractor will be required to cross under and over; some utilities the Contractor may have to relocate.
