Purpose of the RFP is to provide a Master Ordering Agreement with one or more firms whereby the Columbus Regional Airport Authority can order goods as needed on a project by project basis. The first project is for the Shuttle Bus Office furnishings relocation. The current target date for the move is during April, 2009. In addition, it is the intent of the Authority to
maintain the opportunity to add-on furniture selections as needed, to satisfy potential on-going furnishingsneeds for three years after the initial contract is awarded. The Master Ordering
Agreement shall contain the terms, conditions, and pricing.
