NYCEDC is seeking a Consultant Team to assist in the creation of a conceptual plan (the
Conceptual Plan) that defines an overall vision for the Waterfront and develops a framework
to guide future designers on the elements of a public Waterfront esplanade that incorporates all
of the SCPWs recommendations (the Project). The Conceptual Plan shall include a
conceptual design, cost estimates, maintenance strategy, and implementation strategy for the
Project.
