This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine the following:
The interest and capability of Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to meet the requirements listed below;
Size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing for the proposed acquisition.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking potential sources for the listed brand-name only eye lane equipment for the Shelbyville CBOC activation. Equipment to be delivered FOB destination within 30 days ARO to the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. All items shall be new; refurbished/used items are not acceptable.
