SHARP2 TIM Responder Training Course
Pursuant to 13.106-1(b), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to negotiate a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order with The National Sherriff's Association for conducting a measurable outreach campaign to support the Second Strategic Highway Research Project's (SHRP2's) TIM Responder Training Course.
No other source can satisfy this requirement as the National Sherriff's Association is the sole provider of the outreach campaign to increase the number of Sherriff Police Professionals to attend the specified training course, and no other source can provide such services.
The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals, and any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. However, interested parties may submit a description of their firm's capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort.
