SFH Real Estate Appraisals
United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development (USDA RD) provides direct loans to eligible applicants for single family housing residential property. To support this program, USDA Rural Development requires qualified appraisers to provide appraisal services. This will be accomplished under the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) process.
