SETRAC Regional Exercise
- The exercise shall be completely designed and executed utilizing the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) format/tool. The proposed functional exercise shall be inclusive of all hospitals within RHPC Corridors, the Catastrophic Medical Operations Center (CMOC) and test regional plans that address at minimum: CMOC , Mass Fatality Management (MFM), Emergency Operations Coordination and Surge Capabilities of the region . - Participation from Emergency Medical Services, Public Health, and jurisdictional Offices of Emergency Management, and any other governmental response agency is highly desirable and dependent upon each entity's preference. The functional exercise is required to meet all standards for Joint Commission (JC), Det Norske Veritas Healthcare, Inc. (DNVHC), Office of Secretary for Preparedness and Response (OASPR), Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP) and other guidelines as established in the planning of the functional exercises.
