The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-17-R-0640, was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-472-0613, Servovalve, Clutch for 142 each. Item is not Critical Application neither is commercial item. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety as verified on the CSI lists on February 10, 2017. Export Control applies. Item acquire in accordance with Basic Dwg NR 55820 4951197 REV NR B dtd 02/20/1998 Part Number- 4951197; and CAGE 0R293, Jansens Technologies, Part number- 6101125-3 requirements.
Request delivery objective at 265 days total for total production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase
