SERVICES: Repair/Rebuild Circuit Breakers
Network Contracting Activity 8, North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Healthcare System intends to award a Firm Fixed Price service contract for Repair/Rebuild of four (4) trip units for the Malcom Randall Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). This procurement is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13 and simplified acquisition procedures apply. Period of performance is 24 Sep 2019 23 December 2019. If an award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement resolicited.
This solicitation will use Comparative Analysis. Award will be made to the offeror determined to be technically acceptable and price is determined to be reasonable; all eligible offerors may submit quotes. All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov ; and www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov (if applicable), to be considered for an award of a federal contract. A site visit is scheduled for 10 Sep 2019 at 9am at the Malcom Randall VAMC, Engineering Office, EB87-1, basement main hospital. POC is Ed Burnett or Andrew Turknett. This visit is to allow for review of the four (4) trip units requiring repair/rebuild.
