This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for commercial items and will be conducted in accordance FAR Part 13 (FAC 2019-01). All quoters shall fully complete, sign, and submit the attached RFQ document and include any additional documentation being requested therein.
The Government will conduct comparative evaluations FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) of all quotes received an award to the response which represents the best overall benefit to the Government. Each response must at minimum meet the solicitation requirement statement.
Veteran owned concerns must be certified in the VIP system at the time of the receipt of quote (solicitation due date) as indicated in the Request for Quote (RFQ) document.
The purpose of this Solicitation is to acquire a Damper Services in support of the Miami VA Healthcare System. It is the intention of the Government to solicit via RFQ 36C24819Q0166, NAICS Code: 238220 in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis. The contract resulting from the solicitation shall be a Firm Fixed Priced contract.
To meet the green initiative, documents shall be submitted electronically via email. Emails shall not be more than five (5) megabytes in size. Quotes submitted by any other means other than emailed, will not be accepted.
This electronic solicitation is hereby announced on this 12th day of March 2019. The quoter shall be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents/amendments from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
