Synopsis/Solicitation:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the installation of a new medical gas and vacuum system to include all pipe, fittings, outlets and certification services. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7; hereby provides notice of its intent to award a one-time firm fixed price contract for services of the installation of a new medical gas and vacuum system to include all pipe, fittings, outlets and certification of applicable NFPA 99 requirements to be completed at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina.
*This solicitation was previously posted on December 20, 2016 under VA247-17-Q-0101 with a VOSB set-aside with no bid offers.
Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
If you have not conducted business with the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina, you will be required to complete Vendor/Payment Forms to be entered into the local systems in order to be eligible for award.
Please ensure all bid offer emails are titled referencing the Solicitation Number and Title of Service i.e. VA247-17-Q-0241 INSTALL OXYGEN MEDICAL AIR AND VACUUM TERMINALS so that they may be placed in the proper file folder for consideration. Failure to do so may cause a delay in the evaluation process.
