SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR STERRAD NX STERILIZERS AND ABATOR

The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo NY has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for two Sterrad NX sterilizers and one abator SSM-150 Red Bag Solutions Regulated Medical Waste Processing Unit. The service maintenance plan shall include 24hr/7day a week telephone support, on-site support with a response time of 8hrs from receipt of initial call (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm), scheduled preventative maintenance services and required cleanings as indicated by the manufacturer.
