SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR MULTIPLE GETTINGE STERILIZERS AT VARIOUS UPSTATE NEW YORK VA MEDICAL FACILITIES
The Bath, Canandaigua and Syracuse VA Medical Centers located in Upstate New York have a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for 20 Getinge sterilizers and sonic cleaners. The service maintenance agreement shall include 24hr/7day a week telephone support, on-site support with a response time of 8hrs from receipt of initial call (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm), scheduled preventative maintenance services and required cleanings as indicated by the manufacturer.
The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include two option years is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the three VA Medical Centers. This is not a solicitation.
