SENIOR/GRADUATE SURVEY SERVICES
Sunnyside School District is requesting proposals for Surveying Services of Seniors and students who have graduated from Sunnyside School District. It is our desire to use the surveying service to improve the educational quality of the school district and to keep track of the success of our graduates.
Sunnyside School District will provide all the questions to the surveys and submit the questions to the successful vendor. The vendor will then mail out the surveys to the seniors and/or graduates. The seniors and graduates will respond directly to the company and the company will compile the data for reports to Sunnyside School District.
