SELECTION OF ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING FIRM
The University of Louisiana at Lafayette (UL Lafayette) is initiating a Request for Proposals to
solicit from competing proposals the services of an experienced and qualified enrollment
management consulting firm to provide professional consulting services to support new student
enrollment and revenue goals for the 2009-10 academic year, specifically for: (1) clarification of
enrollment goals and development of a plan to enhance the Universitys yield rate for Fall 2009;
(2) formulation and implementation of financial aid awarding and packaging strategies; and (3)
planning for an adult completion program.
