Western Area Power Administration, Desert Southwest Region, Phoenix, AZ Office has a requirement for a Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories 3610 Port Server, 487V Relay, 3555 RTAC and a 311L Relay. This is a brand name requirement and substitutions will not be accepted. This is a competitive full and open Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement will be solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. Only new equipment of current manufacture shall be supplied under this contract.
