THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items. This is a full and open competitive solicitation no. L14PS00912 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). Contractors submitting a quotation must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) web site. The address to register is www.sam.gov. The Bureau of Land Management Bishop Field Office (BIFO) has a requirement for native seed from Inyo County, California . Seeds must have been collected in 2014 or 2015, and must be from the current years seed production. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for complete list of requirements. Please provide price per pound of seed in accordance with the SOW.
Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Bishop Field Office is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation under commercial items procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotations (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76, dated July 25, 2014. This RFQ is set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System (NAICS) Code is 111998-All Other Miscellaneous Crop Framing; small business size standard is $0.75 million; Product Service Code (PSC) 8730 Seeds & Nursery Stock.
Period of Performance Estimated period of performance: Seeds shall be delivered to the BIFO prior to or by October 29, 2015.
