The scope of work will be to replace the existing access control panels, transition all card readers, alarm points and peripheral components over to the new Hirsch Access Control System. The existing naming convention for doors and hardware will be used for the new Hirsch system. The new Velocity software will be populated using the import utility and an OSU Dixon Recreation supplied csv file with all users (staff, student and vendors). If OSU Dixon Recreation is not able to provide this file, the successful bidder shall assist Dixon Recreation with programming the first 10 credentials into the new Velocity system. Dixon Recreation would be responsible for programming the balance of the credential holders. Successful bidder will provide proximity enrollment station.
