SECURITY CARD ACCESS SYSTEM, STUDENT HOUSING DORMITORIES
The project shall in general consist of door hardware replacement, including but not limited to, selective demolition, carpentry, security card access system, single and double steel doors, wood doors, aluminum entrance doors, painting, hazardous material mitigation, and miscellaneous work as shown on the Plans and Technical Specifications. General Contractor shall hire a third‑party independent qualified consultant to provide hazardous abatement monitoring and testing.
