SEALING MACHINE, EASY SEAL
The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to solicit a purchase order for an Easy Seal Sealing Machine for the Captain James A Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL.
Please see attached RFQ document VA69D-14-Q-1069 for requirements.
Potential vendors are to complete the attached RFQ document and submit an itemized quote as well as submit sufficient detailed supporting documentation to demonstrate the product specifications. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation.
Quotes are due no later than 1:00 PM CST, June 5, 2014. TELEPHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
