SCHEDULING SERVICES
The University is soliciting statements of qualifications for selection of a firm to provide Scheduling Services for Hospital and other Capital Improvement Projects.
Overview: Develop a comprehensive master schedule for the project; the content of the schedule will include key phases such as design, pre-construction, procurement, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, move management and closeout. Review contractor schedule progress on a monthly basis to ensure owners project goals are being met and identify any potential project risks. Provide University with summary monthly schedule status reports for the duration of the project along with any recommendations to improve schedule performance and ensure A/O/C deliverables are met.
