SCHEDULED AIRLINE SERVICE
The City of Newport (Newport) and the Port of Astoria (Astoria) seek an airline to provide scheduled airline service between their respective airports and Portland International Airport, with the service to start no later than May 1, 2009. Newport and Astoria are willing to provide compensation to the airline for the provision of airline service, with the payment to be adjusted based on the revenue received by the airline.
