The City of Elgin is pleased to offer a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an evaluation and
recommended improvements, followed by programming and installation, of an upgraded
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System for the Citys potable water system.
State Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this contract. The project is to be completed within five
months of issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
