SCADA System Master Plan
The City of Roseville, CA located in Western Placer County, provides water, wastewater,
and recycled water services for approximately 112,000 residents. These services are
monitored and controlled through a SCADA system centered at each of three treatment
plants. Although still completely functional, both hardware and software components of
the existing SCADA system are aging. The City is requesting proposals from qualified
engineering firms to evaluate the existing system and its use by staff and to develop a
master plan as a guide to updates for the software and necessary hardware
components.
