SCADA System Design, Programming and Integration Services

The County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to enter into a master agreement to provide Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system design, programming and integration services for existing and planned PCRWRD treatment and conveyance facilities. The firm selected as the SCADA Integrator (hereinafter called the SI) will provide SCADA System planning, design, programming, integration and implementation services required by PCRWRD system-wide. These SI services include:
SCADA system design, programming and implementation services for Sub Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facilities and other treatment and conveyance facilities as requested by the Owner
Engineering support services during construction
Integration of SCADA systems with the Operations Control Center (OCC)
Coordination with security surveillance systems and other projects being designed and/or constructed by others
