The purpose of this Request for Sealed Proposal (RFSP) is to contract with an individual who will provide data consultant services to develop standard reports and deliver ad hoc reports from various ISBE and public systems. Individuals with knowledge about data analysis/ reporting and database queries are eligible to apply.
