The Massachusetts Department of Correction is seeking responses to provide technical/on-call support (1 hour response time to site for emergency response required) for the Integrated Security System on a time and material basis for the period of one year with the potential for extended year(s) service. Technical support will require the potential vendor to become familiar with the security system and its software applications within the first forty-five (45) days of the contract. This includes all subsystems.
