THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE IS TO SEEK POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS AND TO DETERMINE THE FEASIBILITY OF A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FOR THIS PROJECT. This is not a Request for Proposal. This is a request for information (RFI) and planning purposes only. The purpose of this RFI is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Small Businesses interested and capable of performing the work.
The small business size standard classification is NAICS 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing.
The Government will review all paperwork submitted in order to determine if a small businesses can meet or exceed the requirements. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name (b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone, fax, and email (e) DUNS number (f) Cage Code (g) Tax ID Number (h) Type of small business (e.g., 8(a), HUB Zone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB), and women-owned small business (WOSB) under the WOSB Program) and (i) Salient characteristics of the proposed "exact" or "equal" item from the supplies listed below.

NOTE: Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. No solicitation exists at this time. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this RFI and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information considered proprietary should be clearly marked as such on the submission. Facsimile transmissions and late submissions of Qualification Statements will not be accepted. A forthcoming synopsis will indicate whether the project will be a restricted or unrestricted procurement action. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation.
