SARSS-1 System Software License and Maintenance
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The requirement is to provide for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software licenses and software maintenance to include technical support and services in support of Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS-1). Solar Winds SERV-U is one of the COTS software packages used for the SARSS-1 system. The government is currently utilizing the SARSS-1, which are already embedded with SERV-U. The requirement will be provided to SEC-LEE TLD at Fort Lee, VA 23801. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government contemplates awarding of a firm fixed-price contract resulting from the future solicitation. A Government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. This Sources Sought Synopsis is issued for maximizing competition. Additionally, market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement.
