The ERCB is in the process of implementing a software upgrade to the organizations SAP Financial Accounting System from SAP version 4.6C to SAP ERP version 6.0. The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to seek proposals from Proponents to implement a technical SAP upgrade, to assist ERCB in developing a blueprint of current processes and new business processes, to implement capital asset SAP module, and to implement quick wins for areas of improvements as a result of the blueprinting process.
