Northern Kentucky University, a major metropolitan university located in Highland Heights, Kentucky (www.nku.edu), has undertaken an initiative known as the PRISM Project to re-engineer our business processes and migrate our information systems to a new platform. That new platform is the mySAP Business Suite and Campus Management solution, which includes the SAP Business Warehouse, Enterprise Portal, and CRM solutions. Working with CIBER Enterprise Solutions the University completed the project preparation and blueprinting phases of the implementation in 2005. We are completing implementation with ERP2005, CRM2005, NetWeaver2004s, and related components. Our first go-live is targeted for February 2007, consisting of Financials, Integrated Planning using Business Intelligence, reporting via BI and Enterprise Portal for FI users.
The University is transitioning from CIBER as our primary implementation partner. This RFP is issued to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible firms (Offerors) to provide consulting services for various aspects of the remaining work in functional, technical, and project management areas.
