The Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District (METRO) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to undertake the following activities related to the Watsonville Transit Planning Study.
The Santa Cruz METRO staff will work with a consultant to conduct a transit planning study outlining recommendations for improved transit service within the city and surrounding rural areas of Watsonville, California. The study will be derived from surveys of stakeholders and service data analysis by the consultant and Santa Cruz METRO staff, and will be presented to the Board of Directors and Metropolitan Planning Organization (Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments, or AMBAG) by March 31, 2012.
