SANITATION DISPOSAL CONTRACT
As developed below, the Contractor will collect garbage, trash, and
refuse from assigned locations in Orleans Parish. In the purpose, it will provide, place, empty,
and service dumpsters. It will transport collected materials to lawful disposal. Without
limitation, the City anticipates maintaining approximately 60 dumpsters in regular operation at
City-owned or administered locations in Orleans Parish using various dumpster sizes and types
including a large compactor at City Hall, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 10-yard containers, 95-gallon
containers, and 30 and 40-yard roll-off containers.
