SAKAI COLLABORATIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT (CLE) SERVICES
This requirement is for a standard level support agreement for the NPS Sakai instances for a total of 10,000 full-time users. NPS requires professional software development, implementation, project management, and quality assurance testing for installation and configuration of the community source learning management system Sakai CLE in the Cloud. In order to maintain the current high level of education and support, NPS must provide alternate networking paths for increasing connectivity requirements. The system shall be configured to integrate with the existing NPS authentication system, student management system, and synchronous collaboration system. The implementation shall also conform with all NPS Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and security requirements, as well as the security requirements of the Department of the Navy (DoN).
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research) and is not a pre-solicitation notice or solicitation for proposals/quotations.
This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. Any information provided by the Government at this time is preliminary and may be updated or changed prior to release of a formal RFQ, RFP, or IFB.
