The National Park Service, Department of the Interior, anticipates issuing a solicitation for the following project. This is a pre-solicitation notice only and does not constitute a solicitation. Accordingly, no response is due at this time, nor will any questions of a technical or contractual nature be answered. Those questions will only be answered via an amendment to the solicitation, once it is issued. Specific instructions on submitting proposals will be contained in the solicitation documents, It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about May 15, 2019. The entire solicitation package, including all attachments, will be available electronically at www.FBO.GOV. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available.

PROJECT SCOPE: power washing exterior surfaces, washing windows, labor and materials for filling cracks, holes, light plastering, spot painting, and approximately 1000 square feet of preparation, routine, and finish painting of the Maritime Museum Building, the speaker towers, and the bleacher seating areas located at 900 Beach Street in San Francisco, California

NAICS No. for this project is: 238320, with a small business size standard of $15M

This project is set aside for Total Small Business.

Per FAR 52.228-13, ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT PROTECTIONS ARE REQUIRED

ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $25,000 & $100,000.

THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MATERIAL, LABOR, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND EXPERTISE NEEDED TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT IN ACCORDANCEWITH THE STATEMENT of WORK
