The Luzerne/Wyoming Counties Transportation Department (LWCTD) invites qualified safe-driver training providers (agencies) to submit a proposal to provide training for the fiscal year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009. There is no expressed or implied obligation for LWCTD to reimburse responding agencies for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request.
