S3COE Follow On Support
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a sole source contract using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The US Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, EXPRESS and Strategic Services Directorate, 5303 Martin Road, Redstone, AL 35898 has a requirement to procure a follow on services purchase order for continued support in the stand-up of a Source Selection Support Center of Excellence (S3COE) which includes finalizing a communication plan, revising training modules and exercises, and conducting training.
The period of performance will be date of award through 31 May 2015 with an option to continue support from 1 June 2015 through 30 September 2015. The performance location is Redstone Arsenal with some travel required to other installations to assist in conducting training.
This RFP is issued Sole Source to B2 Consulting Services, LLC. This effort is a follow on effort to W31P4Q-13-P-0104. The documents created under the previous task order will be further developed and additional training will be provided.
The North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541618 and the Business Size Standard is $14 million.
All responses received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 2:00 PM Central Time, Wednesday, July 9, 2014.
