Rural Health Care Pilot Program- Request for Proposals
The Alliance is pleased to present this Request for Proposals (RFP) for
Wide Area Network (WAN) telecommunications services and Internet access. The RFP is being issued
on behalf of the Alliance and eligible health care entities as part of the Federal Communications
Commissions (FCC) Rural Health Care Pilot Program (RHCPP). The purpose of this RFP is to receive
proposals for establishing, installing and delivering services to more than 160 non-profit health care
locations throughout West Virginia.
